HOW DO I ORDER THE WOOL RUGS?
Each Kirkle rug is made to order allowing you to specify colour, size, shape and texture.
To order a Kirkle rug, or to make an enquiry:
- Click on the 'Make a Purchase Enquiry' button on the individual rug page and fill out the form specifying colours, size and shape
- Contact us directly stating which rug you are interested in, specifying colours, size and shape

Colour Matching: If you need a specific colour, a yarn sample can be custom dyed.
Custom Samples: If you order a rug, we send colour samples of all individual wool colours used in your rug for approval before final confirmation.
Commissions: Commissions are welcome. If you have something specific in mind, or would like a unique design please contact us.
Pricing: Pricing is based on standard designs, colours, size, materials and structure. For a specific quote please contact us.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order. We accept New Zealand cheques or bank transfers (our preferred payment option).
Delivery: Delivered worldwide, delivery times range between 5 to 10 weeks.
Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service
are not accounted for. International orders may be subject
to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in
your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable
by the receiver.
Refunds: Made-to-order and / or commissioned items are non-refundable, unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will provide a replacement of the item ordered.
If you are unhappy with your rug for any reason, even if it's not our fault, we will work with you to solve the problem.

HOW DO I ORDER WALL ART / GICLEE PRINTS?
Each piece of Wall Art is made to order.
To purchase, or to make an enquiry:
- Click on the 'Make a Purchase Enquiry' button on the individual artwork page and fill out the form specifying colours and size if different from colourways featured
- Contact us directly stating which artwork you are interested in, specifying colours and size if different from colourways featured

Payment: We accept NZ cheques or bank transfers (our preferred payment option). If you would like to pay by credit card please specify this in your email.
Delivery: Artwork can be delivered worldwide. Please make sure that you include your delivery address when ordering so that we can advise of delivery costs. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service
are not accounted for. International orders may be subject
to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in
your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable
by the receiver.

HOW DO I PURCHASE ZOODLES / CUSTOMISED NAME ART?
To purchase Zoodle Wall Tiles (Rabbit / Mouse / Cheetah / Zoo):
- Select the quantity and click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the individual Zoodle page and it will be added to your shopping cart
- Contact us directly stating which Zoodle(s) you are interested in

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your Zoodles to be delivered. Delivery in New Zealand of Zoodles is Free.
To purchase Customized Name Art:
- Click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the individual Zoodle page and it will be added to your shopping cart
- When you check out, please make sure to include the name of the child
- Alternatively, contact us directly including the name of the child to be added to the Zoodle and the the colour combination preferred

Once we have received your order we will create the artwork and email you a proof for approval. If your Zoodle needs to be delivered overseas we will advise you of the delivery cost.
Delivery: Zoodles can be delivered worldwide. Deliveries in New Zealand are FREE (this does not include trade purchases). Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery of wall tiles. For customized name art please allow 4 to 10 working days.
