Privacy Policy
Kirkle Design respects your privacy and will only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick professional service.

We will not send you unsolicited emails or sell mailing list data to third parties. We only disclose information to those third parties necessary to facilitate delivery and to authorise payment.

Pricing & Payment Options
All prices on www.kirkledesign.com are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax at 12.5%). Prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging.

For customised, made-to-order, or commissioned products, a 50% payment is required at the time of order (on acceptance of proof) and the remaining 50% upon dispatch of the product. For Kirkle Design Ties and Zoodle Wall Tiles, full payment is required before the item is couriered to you.

You can place orders with Kirkle Design Ltd by:

Credit Card
We accept credit card and debit card payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure online transaction facility powered by WorldPay.

Payments can be made in the following currencies; New Zealand, Australian and US Dollars. If you are shopping from outside one of these countries, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

By Cheque (NZ Customers Only)

Direct Debit / Bank Transfer
We also accept payments by direct debit to our bank account. Please email your order to sales@kirkledesign.com and we will reply with our bank account details within 24 hours.

Delivery
New Zealand Delivery: When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address.

A courier is used for all town and city deliveries. If delivery is to a rural address, New Zealand post is used.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive.

Note: 'Working days' do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

International Delivery: When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for non-delivery if you provide an incorrect street address. All international orders are sent through New Zealand post.

Please allow 4 to 10 working days for your order to arrive (this does not include orders that are made to order).

Note: 'Working days' do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver.

Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the product to Kirkle Design Limited within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you the purchase price of the product. Freight charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. A refund will not be provided in the following circumstances:

(a) If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods

(b) Items made-to-order

(c) Sales items

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will work with you to solve the problem.

To return:
If you are returning the product, please return the goods in the original box and packaging with an explanation why you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Remember to include the invoice/packing slip with the goods.

Colour & Appearance
While every effort is made to ensure that graphic design images and photos are as true to colour as possible you accept that the colour and appearance of the Kirkle Design product you ordered may differ from that of the final Kirkle Design product delivered to you. This is due to varying screen and printer colour settings. You agree to accept the risk of any such differences.

Governing Law
If a dispute arises out of the purchase of a Kirkle Design Ltd Product, New Zealand Law governs the dispute.
